Never did I think, I would write a blog about it, but here it is. Like most of us, I was also waiting for this Summer eagerly and it came with lots of disappointments. The world has come to a standstill because of Covid-19. Yet everyday we wake up to some bad news or the other. But amidst all of these negativities, the last place we would want to find negativity is within ourselves. Therefore we need to engage ourselves with things that make us happy and positive. Travel, over the last few years, has been extremely therapeutic to me and it is the easiest way for me to escape harsh reality. Nothing gives me more joy than visiting fairytale places, ticking things off my bucket-list, interacting with locals and understanding their cultures, discovering hidden gems, trying new cuisines and making memories with my loved ones. Therefore over the last 10 weeks of self-quarantine, I finally had to learn how to satisfy my wanderlust at home in order to stay positive.

Why should Tallinn be on your list?
I got the exact same reaction from at least 90% of my friends when I had told them about my trip to Tallinn.
- "Where is Tallinn?"
- "In Estonia."
- "Where is Estonia?"
Well, after visiting Tallinn I realised it should get all the hype it deserved. It is one of the most preserved old towns in Europe and may it never lose its charm.

Singapore - solo trip to the diverse island country
What do I even begin with - the food or the culture, the diversity or the luxury? If you think Singapore is only about fun and shopping, get ready to be surprised. It is a mix of so many cultures that even though it is a small island country, the diversity is vast. From street shopping to luxury shopping, from street food to Michelin star food, from ancient temples to latest technology - you name it, Singapore has it.

Prague - the Bohemian Paradise
It was Prague where my love for old towns began. Admiring Bohemian art pieces and the Gothic architecture in almost all the medieval cobbled streets, enjoying a glass of hot wine in one of the open top restaurants at the Old Town Square or just casually walking around the majestic Prague Castle and the vibrant Kampa Island - the city offers something mesmerising for everyone. However the one place that completely blew my mind was Charles Bridge. Early morning hours on Charles Bridge gave me the most tranquil experience ever - a calm mind to start the day in the best way possible and an incredible sight to behold.

Linda Lisboa
Lisbon happened 3 years ago, but I remember almost everything we did, every place we visited and every food we ate (because we spent a lot of euros on our food). Whenever I think of Lisbon, I get a collective memory of yellow trams, narrow streets and pastel-coloured buildings of the old city, the 25 de Abril bridge shining bright over the Tagus river, the Belem tower standing tall with the glowing colours of sunset and finally us singing in the streets of Lisbon after spending a bomb on dinner.

London 360°
I remember of having a huge poster of tulips with the backdrop of Big Ben on my wall, when I was a kid. I used to admire it every now and then and used to promise myself "one day". 2 decades later the dream finally came true and the place turned out to be even prettier than the picture I used to possess.
